Subject: angry Russians
After a day's talking and a night's sleep, I've finally convinced Amelia to calm down somewhat. Reminding her that Forge is actually still a teenager (with a teenager's poor impulse control) in spite of all he's managed to do helped a little, I think. It's easy to forget that with him. Not that I'm that much happier with him for lying to her, but I trust the meeting he had with the professor was sufficiently quelling. Ended up convincing her to let me make the call to Muir, too. She's right; Moira, Hank and Maddie ought to know what happened, given he's had access to their confidential files at times, too, but I didn't think she could keep her temper in check long enough to tell them without editorial commentary. I won't let her influence them in their decisions about how Muir is run. So, yes, sorry about skipping out on breakfast, but there are international phone calls that need to be made.
And we are going to start those ethics discussions I was telling you about last night. Making it a requirement to volunteer down here should help prevent something like this from happening again.

I'm in the Sit Room, will be emerging at some point - I'm just looking at options in case we get a second call from Duncan sometime soon.
