Kyle thinks I have MILF. Do I need to come down there and get a shot or something? Is it dangerous? I asked Mr Haller and he asked me to ask Mr Marko. So I did, but he hasn't answered yet and I'm kinda worried now.

I just got an email from Mr Haller that says I probably don't have MILF.

But I still don't know what it is! Is it some American disease or something? Maybe Kyle has MILF? Or Julio!

I'm not sure why he directed you to Mr. Haller, nor why Mr. Haller directed you to Mr. Marko. Suffice to say, this is not a disease, nor any sort of health issue, it is one of language.

MILF is American slang, which, if you'll excuse the crudeneess, stands for "Mother I'd Like to Fuck". In this case, Kyle is suggesting that, even though Madonna is both old enough to be his mother and is a mother, she is still an attractive woman. So yes, in this case, Madonna is an MILF for Kyle.

I'm sorry he's made you angry. I might suggest that the appropriate revenge is "living well", in this case, not letting on that he's upset you and/or joining in on the joke now that you understand it.

That or a prank-war. Those seem to be traditional around here.

And, of course, once you've calmed down a little, you might talk to him - let him know you don't appreciate this sort of behavior. If you need, I or one of the other staff can mediate.
