I managed to, well, not walk away exactly, but I was raced back to the mansion with only a few scratches, a bruise or two, a broken leg and quite a lot of worry, so yes, I am all right.

Jennie,

It is just a broken leg. It will heal. It is already in the process of healing.

It is not your fault; you did not mean to make me worry. It is the fault of the person who gave the order for you to be taken and it is the fault of those who complied with that order. I am just glad that you are back, and I look forward to seeing you whenever you are up for visitors. I have been staying in Medusa and Monet's suite this past week and will continue to stay there until you are ready to have a roommate again.

Still.

I..I'm not sure when that will be. I'm really really weird at the moment. Like, they did something to me and I'm extremely twitchy because of it. I don't know when it's supposed to go down, the doctors tell me it will, and I'll be all back to normal and stuff, it's just a matter of time. I might need to sleep alone for a couple of nights, just in case. I don't want to disturb you. I'm not...myself at the moment.

Do you know when you will be returning to class? Also, I know how overly eager our suitemates can be when it comes to people who have spent time in the infirmary and I am sure that at least a couple of them have already devised fiendish plots to make you eat, so if you require a protector to help you keep your privacy, please let me know. I can wave a crutch or two at them.

As for our suitemates, yeah. I just, need some space. Just for right now. I know I've probably worried the hell out of them, but I can't get close to anyone right now. If you could wave your crutches and scowl if they insist on the smothering, I would be eternally grateful.

I'm really glad you're okay. Except for the broken leg thing. I think Kyle'll be okay. He's coping by being Kyle. Marius is too quiet. I'm slightly worried.

I will have all of your assignments organized and ready for you whenever you are able to work on them.

I would offer to see if you could stay in Medusa's room now that she no longer has need of it, but I am assuming that you would prefer to stay in familiar surroundings such as your own room. It would be easier to keep certain young girls away from you if you were not staying in a room adjoining theirs, but if it is better for you to stay in our room I will post myself as a guard by the door and I will not allow anyone to bother you.

Does Marius require a visit or is it also best to stay away from him? I do not wish to intrude on his privacy, but I do not want him to end up being ignored again.

Just rest; you will be allowed to leave soon enough. I could attempt a break-out, but as highly successful as it would probably be, I would not wish to do anything that might jeopardize your recovery.

Cheers for that. My whims are, at the moment, quite well-cared for. I am a bit disorganized still. I hope to be once again be fit to rejoin society at some point in the next week.

See properly to your leg, right? In my opinion pushing the edge of physical endurance is not a cultural experience you should feel compelled to undertake.
