As pleased as I am that your vocabulary has expanded in direct proportion to your proximity to myself, was Laurie the appropriate person upon which to exercise the insults?

Say what now about my vocabulary? And dude, did you see what she said about people dying?

I found it unlikely the word "bint" is a natural inhabitant of your native vernacular.
Regarding what was said, "who died and made you [person of appropriate authority]" is a well-accepted expression. And even were it not, it did not warrant remarks about parentage.

Your words are like a disease or something. They're catching. If I start using extra u's, we're gonna have another throwdown. Only without Mr. Summers interuppting and maybe without both of us being stupid. Throwdowns are more fun when they're for fun.
Yeah, well, she started it.

Your retaliation was by far disproportionate to the provocation. As unlikely a source as I am for such observations, I urge you to engage your higher brain functions for a moment. She shared a flat with Crystal for some months, and her relationship with Forge was far from unamicable. I am not the most astute social observer, but it strikes me there is a degree of distress felt by inhabitants not located within our own suite.
My apologies for the shortness. This has not been the kindest several weeks. I suppose I'm just tired of sulking about, and I should prefer to avoid the accural of yet more bad feeling. We've certainly had enough personal share of our own.

She didn't have to go on with the "Lets make Kyle totally the victim again!" thing. I know she was joking but I mean, geez. It's bad enough that Julio gives me crap for it.
No worries. I'm pissy with Laurie today, not you. Sides, hard to be like, long-term pissy with a guy you've shared DNA with. ... wow, that totally looks wrong when I say it. Also makes me really glad I'm not related to Sabretooth. I'd have to totally revise that rule.

Ah, she meant no harm, mate. I suspect your reaction to be some of this "displaced stress" Dr. Samson so enjoys expounding upon. Speaking to what I know my own preferences to be, if you do not wish to hear about the specifics of this at length perhaps it would be advisable to provide no more reasons for future sessions.
I apologise for the other day. I was not thinking properly. Yes, I know, small deviation. However, I regret the shoving. And the kicking. And unnecessary punching about the head and shoulders. I share difficulties with the concept of a long-term grudge, though I tend to focus more upon the aspect of enabling the regrowth of my eyes and skin to the frequent mingling of genetic material, as I find this somewhat less what I politely term "creepy."

Oh, I got the displaced stress thing already. Also the thing about it being okay to be upset and needing to grieve or whatever. Whatever. Once Laurie's not all like "HAHA I KEEL YOU!" I'll see about apology donuts or something.
I see how you don't regret the shirt pulling though. I kid. I get you. And dude, it was less like, lame then the other thing I was thinking of. I try not to use terms like 'my people' or like, weird freaky OMG I AM LIKE A WOLF nonsense. Creepy is totally easier to cope with then lame.

I offer a deal. You shall stay away from zoological parallels, and I shall exempt all comments relating to past dietary dependency. I find this both fair and significantly less disturbing for all involved.
As for your assassin, no worries. Rumour reports that <s. Dane has intervened and is even now delivering her unto medlab to get her hand attended. It seems she did indeed punch the wall, which I do not think is an action deserving of Dr. Voght's tender mercies.

I am down with that deal. I like that deal, and I could totally take it to dinner. Or something like that. I'm not supposed to use 'word" to agree with things anymore. Also the less I have zoological parallels the less I have to hear off key covers of old 80's songs in the kitchen.
Dude, nothing is deserving of Dr. Voghtness. She's creepy and mean.

Good. A deal is a deal. One which we need never speak of again.
Uh, speaking of what has become of certain parties, I assume you shall at one point return from that place to which you so dramatically departed.

Yeah, I'll be back. Yvette came by to talk to me and then Sam came by while Yvette was here. I'm about to head down, I just gotta shut this thing down to climb down. I can get up one-handed but for some reason, down always screws me up unless I've got both hands free.

I would hazard a guess that it may be related to the bit where you have the habit of bringing your laptop.
