Morning, all.
I was thinking, if the kids are up for it, of starting the bus run up again. Once I'm back on my feet after the latest bout of magic-related sleeping sickness, any way. But I wanted email you three about it, about any extra security that might be useful, about whether it's a good idea for the kids at all - for all I know, they might have a chronic fear of mini-vans after what happened.
If you want me to come in for something face to face, we'll probably have to wait a week, otherwise, I'm all for hearing what you have to say on the matter. Including that you don't think it's a good idea for me to be doing it - my ego doesn't come before the kids' safety, after all.

I've got no concerns. I just recently did an overhaul of the vehicle security systems, although I think technology is less of a concern for security than experience. With the experiences some of the students have had this past year, I really pity anyone who tries anything with them.
We've got at least one new student who'd probably enjoy seeing New York, but needs to be kept on a tight leash. That's the only problem I'd see.

I find it does my peace of mind good to imagine one of them playing "Stop hitting yourself with your own gun!" with potential hijackers. Plus it's a really entertaining mental image.

PS: Runs With scissors? Forge, what the hell...

Cat fights in front of the kids are probably a no-no. And I've been working on the magic, so if worst comes to absolute, you have to be joking, worst, I can shield the whole bloody van and wait for the cavalry to arrive.
I'd be looking at starting things up on the 13th. I should be back up to speed by then. I'm guessing Forge is talking about your Japanese lightning rod? I've been chatting with her on and off (more off lately, what with work getting in the way again), and I have a pretty good handle on the sort of trouble she might try and get herself into. Takes one to know one, after all.
Let whoever you get for escort duty to give me a ping if they need any more info? I've been talking to Pete and Remy about things as well, changing routes regular, maybe even switching around the meeting places, that sort of thing. And I daresay Mark and Doug will have some thoughts as to tracking devices, tho' I told them they weren't allowed to microchip me. Forge is the resident Robot Boy. ;)
