Mr. Forge,
While I do not generally track the journals closely, I was recently made aware of your recent disregard for discretion. As head of security, you are occasionally privy to information that is not disseminated to the general public. I do not know how you justified sharing Ms. Lennox's past on the journal system when you were apprised of it's confidential nature. There is no excuse for this type of behavior and I will not tolerate it at my Institue. Consider yourself on probation for the next 6 months. Any similar future acts will result in your termination. If you wish to discuss this further, please schedule a time to speak in my office.
Respectfully,
Charles Francis Xavier

Subject: Ms. "Lennox"
Charles,
Please accept my apology for my lack of professionalism. You needn't worry about it happening again.
However, I would definitely like to have a few words with you about exactly what metric of judgement you exercised when deciding that Ms. "Lennox" merited the assistance provided by this institution. I understand that you feel there is some mandate to assist all mutants in perfecting the use of their powers - but really, Charles, to what end do you expect her to make use of the training you're enabling?
I'll let you know when my schedule is free.
