Señor de la Rocha,
I hope you didn't feel somehow obligated in the purchase of that Christmas gift you left me, because you really weren't. But thank you, the bow is lovely. And now you must live with being responsible for why the freezer is currently a bit overrun with venison and rabbit.
With Love,
Morgan

Señora.
It had your name written all over it. I could not resist. And somehow, I did not believe the extensive reviews would lie about such a stunning product.
You are very welcome.

Monsieur,
It is gorgeous. And incredibly well made. You have good taste. Even in weapons, surprisingly.

Are there reasons I am unaware of which would give you the sort of experience to be equipped with an intimate knowledge of weaponry and how to shop for it in terms of practical application rather than ornament?

Please do not insult my intelligence. I use to be very efficient in selective swordsmanship. When you know one, generally, you can extend that knowledge into other aspects of weaponry.

Intelligence has nothing to do with whether or not a person is a fighter. And just because one is a fighter does not make one a hunter or a killer. There are different classes of people in that sense, I wouldn't have put you into any of those. Swordsman makes sense, though. That I can picture.

Very well. It suggested as though I would blindly buy a product because it is pretty. I assure you, I do my research and I do it well before I put well invested money down on a product.

I didn't mean you bought it because it was pretty. If you were going to be that stupid you'd have bought me something senseless and girlie that I'd have thrown out.

I am sure I can still do that if it would appease the gods and put nature back into balance.

I'd really prefer it if you didn't. Currently you are splendidly perfect and while it may be a rare occurrence it is one I'd rather see remain intact. I'd rather not discuss why.

Splendidly perfect. Those are rare words to describe Manuel de la Rocha. I do not think they have ever been spoke before and possibly never heard of again.

Some first times are only times, it's true. However I stand by the utterance of those words this one time.

Not to offend, however, they will be forgotten. Situations shift and the good is often overlooked for the bad. Compliments are rare, so they are not always believed.

Perhaps. Not all people overlook the good to focus on the bad. You're a pessimist. Maybe you need to learn a little faith.

In people or in God? I have much faith in God, however I am not a man of God. In people, there is no faith when it comes time to pick between who should live and who should die.

I meant in people. And possibly in yourself. Though we were never speaking of who was living or dying. What has your mind veering to that thread of thought?
