North,
Got a message back from Dad. He says that your package is likely in a warehouse in Saint-Genis-Pouilly unless Devi's changed things recently. As I mentioned last week, your timing is, of course, rotten; six weeks ago, I could have walked in and picked it up for you. Of course, six weeks ago we'd not met, so that's all fairly moot.
He also implied that if he knew what the package was, he might be able to give you more information, but I suspect that's just Dad fishing for details. I should probably send him a watch or something to remind him he's retired. Regardless, if you want to know more, he's almost certainly the best person to talk to about it, as he was head of the European office back then.
Let me know if there's anything else you need. Unless it's a time machine.

Re: Dead Letter Office
I had a feeling your father would be a bit nosy. Thanks for the checkup. I'm going to shake a few branches and hope nothing particularly nasty falls from the tree; if so, we may be making a trip to Saint-Genis-Pouilly in the near future.

Re: Dead Letter Office
To him, it's not nosy, it's business. But I'm definitely sending a watch.
...And I was afraid you'd say that. Look, for the record, I'm happy to screw over Dev and Mother any way we can. But I'm not looking to start a war with them just yet. Whatever we do, I'd prefer to keep it quiet, if possible.
