Subject: Manuel's Test Results

While I was going over Manuel's readouts the other day, I noticed a rather severe drop in his neurotransmitter levels. I pulled what we have on him and while we don't have a good baseline for where his *should* be (initial test, coma had an averse affect on the results. Secondary tests, he was apparently linked to Amanda, which affected the results as well), these are below standard for a human.

This was while he was completely cut off from his power but further tests will have to be run while he's under the filter.

(I'm hazarding a guess that his neurotransmitter levels spiked back up during the initual use of the new technology. They went back down again once he got used to it [as evidenced by his most recent post]. They'll probably be spiking and dropping until a medium is met, but, again, all hypothesis.)

Emma, Charles, since you two don't have immediate access, come see any one of us with questions.
