I'd say it more nibbles its way through the mugs, but it's a good way of sorting the strong mugs from the weak. Darwinian priciples at work in the kitchen...

You, sulk? Never! *grins* Although, if you want help on the original question, I still have a couple of contacts from my FBI days, including a former defence instructor. He does a style of sparring based on a combination of karate and savate he calls foot and fist boxing...

And ice cream solves everything... *lures you with a tub and a spoon...*

...I think I'm going to stick to organizing the Tai Chi. The boys can do what they want about the rest. But you should let them know.
