Never! *grins* Although, if you want help on the original question, I still have a couple of contacts from my FBI days, including a former defence instructor. He does a style of sparring based on a combination of karate and savate he calls foot and fist boxing...
And ice cream solves everything... *lures you with a tub and a spoon...*
