...couldn't help detecting the new addition to the scar collection. Funny, that. I'm also making some connections in my head between a certain not-crisis email from Jean while we were at Hank's parents' farm and the flags on your file for a while there. But, I'm not going to pry. Just wanted to let you know that.
But if you wanted to talk, well, that's another matter entirely. *smiles*

I'm guessing the backless shirt is the next stage of psychological healing and all, but I just wanted to make sure Alison's okay. I'm not going to ask what happened, even though I'm putting a few pieces together in my head (it's what I do, sorry), but consider me wearing my worried face, okay?
Oh, and Jean? I might need your help in explaining to Hank how this isn't a failure on his part. You know how he is sometimes, and seeing those scars... well, he's going to throw a fit he wasn't here at the time. I'll be Logic Woman at him, but I might need help from Common Sense Lass.

Being calm and rational is a good thing, yes. And, as clearly Al has said, Sabertooth, yes. Alison has been doing very well, all things considered.
I shall leave you your tranq gun. I'm only better with the Clue by Four because I can cheat and tell when people still aren't getting it, and why.

'Very well' is one hell of a euphenism. You've been spending too much time with Charles again.
To mangle Braveheart: "You may take my land, but you'll never take my tranq gun!"

I always spend too much time with Charles, between the excessive need for therapy and the first-student-father-figure thing. Luckily, I'm fond of Earl Grey.
